We use cookies to improve your experience on this website. By continuing to browse our site you agree to our use of cookies
  • Reserved Area

We have drawn up the following Policy to describe the types of cookies used on our Site and on our platform, and to describe the reasons and conditions for their use. Please note that we cannot offer our Site or our Services without sending some of our cookies to your device. Therefore, you are authorising us to use them when you use our Site and our Services.

Cookies are small text files, not necessarily files inside the computer, sent by a server to a client, therefore from a web site to the visitor, and which are later sent back to be read by the server. Each time the user returns to the same site, the browser recuperates and sends the file to the site server. In general, the purpose of the cookies is to improve the operation of the web site and the experience of the user when using it, for example through automatic authentication, memorisation of the language, the size and type of text, location, or information for statistical purposes, since web pages in themselves have no “memory”.

Cookies are not viruses, and use a plain text format. They cannot make copies of themselves or spread to other networks to run and replicate themselves again.

The web site does not intentionally collect any personal data about users. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are systems used for tracking users.

If you have not already done so, we recommend you set your browser to automatically update, in order to remove any security vulnerabilities caused by outdated browsers. These could, in fact, be exploited by intruders to manipulate cookies and acquire private information without your consent.

If you share access to your computer, we recommend you always delete your browsing history every time you close the browser. This increases security by deleting sensitive data after your browsing session.

First Party Cookies

We can send cookies to your device through our web site. These cookies, which belong to the site that created them, are called First Party Cookies. They are constantly enabled and are required to run the site’s features.

Session Cookies

Session Cookies are essential for providing a safe and efficient exploration of the site (Essential Cookies). They disappear when the browser is closed and associated data is deleted from the system within an hour. For this type of cookie it is not necessary to obtain the prior and informed consent of the user, since they are subject to and readable only on the domain that created them.

Domain Cookies are designed to recognise the registered user when he returns to the site, once personal credentials have been authenticated. For example, they allow you to fill your cart, easily carry out payment transactions, resolve problems related to security and ensure compliance with current legislation. These cookies are part of the Session group, since the user and password are never stored on our site after you leave and you have to enter them each time you want to access the site.

Persistent Cookies

We also use Personalisation Cookies, which allow us to save your preferences, such as your language, the font size or the geographical area from where you are visiting us. They change the behaviour and appearance of the site itself based on your requirements, improving your browsing. These cookies store information also after the browser has closed, and are called Persistent Cookies.

Performance Cookies

Performance Cookies collect anonymous information about your use of the site and allow us to improve its operation. For example, they show us which pages are visited the most frequently, they allow us to check what the recurring patterns of use of the site are, they help us understand the difficulties you encounter and show us the effectiveness of the advertising that is published on the site.

Some of our performance cookies are managed for us by third parties. We do not allow third parties to use cookies for purposes other than those listed above. We use Google Analytics

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a free web analysis tool provided by Google, which sends cookies to your device. The information generated by your use of the site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google and stored on its servers. Google uses this information to assess your use of the site, to prepare summaries of the site activity for web site operators and to provide other services regarding the activity of the site and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or else if third parties process this information for Google. In any event, Google does not associate your IP address with any other data that Google possesses.

In particular, the cookies used by Google Analytics are as follows:

For more information about Google Analytics, you can consult: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage and the its privacy policy http://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html.

Third party Cookies

Third Party Cookies are created by and subject to domains outside our site, and are the real objective of this regulation. Advertisers and others use their own cookies to collect information about your activities or advertisements on which you clicked. They could use this information to present adverts they think you might be interested in. Advertisers could also use them to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns. We have no control over these cookies.

If you do not want to receive cookies on your device, it is possible to manage the enabling of cookies by going to “Settings” or “Toolbar” from the browser’s main menu. This allows you, for example, to disable cookies for all sites, except for those you trust.

Remember that by disabling our cookies you will not have access to many features that make the site more efficient, and some of our services will not work correctly. Moreover, since cookies are used to identify the products in the cart during the procedure for sending the purchase order, you will not be able to place any orders.

However, you can choose to disable third party cookies, without compromising the operation of our site. This may, however, involve the display of ads that you are not interested in. Please note that this exclusion of third parties is not subject to our control.
