The filtering technology developed in the UFI FILTERS labs is designed to work perfectly with big engines.

The UFI FILTERS oil filtering systems are chosen as OEM by JAGUAR and LAND ROVER, for their powerful 5.0 litre V8 engines.

The oil filter is a fundamental component in the life of a car, as it holds back the metal residue resulting from the normal working of the mechanical parts, and which ends up in the engine oil. The filter guarantees a long life and top performance levels from the car.

UFI filters are designed with an eye to trends in the automotive market, that now focus on engine downsizing and 2nd/3rd generation Start & Stop systems. They are ideal with the new “long life” oils and the presence of impure particles and biodiesel in the oil. UFI has anticipated the market requirements with its production of innovative materials, the design of environmentally-friendly modules, its new integrated modules, and the use of lightweight, less bulky materials.

The cartridge of the oil filter for Jaguar and Land Rover is of the ecological "immersion" type. Filtering efficiency 99.9% for particles up to 30 µm (i.e. less than the diameter of a hair).
