The Original Equipment Dept. of UFI FILTERS keeps signing really significant supply contracts with the most important automotive manufacturers.

Thanks to its constant investments in Research and Development and to the results achieved at quality level, UFI FILTERS strengthens trust and cooperation with the major European automotive manufacturer: the Volkswagen Group. UFI supplies the complete Diesel fuel filter unit (VAG original code 7N0127400), for the latest models launched on the market: the new Volkswagen Passat, the new Sharan and the new SEAT Alhambra.

The Diesel fuel filter unit is assembled as original equipment on the new Passat 1.6 TDI 105 HP, and on the 2.0 TDI 140 HP and 170 HP versions both of the new Passat, of the new version of Sharan minivan and of the multispace SEAT Alhambra, belonging to the Spanish brand of the VAG Group.
The UFI FILTERS filter unit is made up of a long life, ecological, pleated paper immersed filter cartridge, with a layer of extremely fine synthetic fibres (meltblown) on the outside, that, compared to traditional paper, keeps its filtering characteristics intact for a longer time, guaranteeing a distance covered up to 90,000 km. The internal spare part has the following characteristics:
•    Filtering efficiency according to ISO TS 13353:2002, for particles from 3 to5 µm, up to 95%
•    High accumulation capacity with filter replacement every 90,000 Km
•    Water elimination and separation capacity not below 93%
•    Metal housing for burst resistance above 15 bar
